Join us for walking fun! Make new friends. See interesting places. CCWWC is a member of the American Volkssport Association (AVA). Volkssporting, an international activity which began in Europe in 1968, promotes good health through walking, biking, swimming, and other physical activities. Walks are completed at each person’s pace. For the low fee of $5 per household per calendar year, why don’t you join us?
Membership Benefits:
- Information on club news and articles about upcoming events
- Club meetings which allow members the opportunity to determine the direction the club is going and where future walks are held
- Club members can pay quarterly, rather than per event when walking a Capital City Wanderers Year Round Event (YRE).
- Opportunity to help put together some great walks.
